Terms and Conditions for the "Conscious Energy Nutrition" Course by Sri AMaRA Ji and Dveka UCSRD, UCSRD
1. Course Validity: The "Conscious Energy Nutrition" course developed by Sri AMaRA Ji and Dveka UCSRD, UCSRD, Soul Searchers has a limited validity period as specified during the purchase. Access to course materials, resources, and support services is available only for the duration of the specified validity. Upon joining the course it is accepted that the participant has willfully joined the course and will complete the course, if the student is not present in the session, he is not eligible for refund or joining afresh in future program.
2. Payment and Enrollment: Enrollment in the course is contingent upon the successful completion of payment. Access to course materials will be granted upon confirmation of payment. Payments are non-refundable.
3. Course Materials: All course materials, including text, videos, and supplementary content, are the intellectual property of Sri AMaRA Ji and Dveka UCSRD, UCSRD and Soul Searchers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited in any form be it video, text, audio.
4. Personal Use Only: Enrollment in the "Conscious Energy Nutrition" course is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, course materials, or any other access-related information with third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Non-transferable: Course enrollment and access are non-transferable. The registered user is the sole authorized individual to participate in the course. And Once joined the course validity is considered as complete.
6. Modifications to Course: Sri AMaRA Ji and Dveka UCSRD, UCSRD and Soul Searchers reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the "Conscious Energy Nutrition" course at their discretion. In the event of modifications, efforts will be made to notify enrolled participants in advance.
7. Termination of Access: Sri AMaRA Ji and Dveka UCSRD, UCSRD and Soul Searchers reserve the right to terminate access to the course without refund if a participant is found to violate these terms and conditions or engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
8. Limitation of Liability: Participants acknowledge that the "Conscious Energy Nutrition" course is provided on an "as-is" basis. Sri AMaRA Ji and Dveka UCSRD, UCSRD and Soul Searchers make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the course's accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
